“Green Up” St Pete collab and shared retail space with Lida’s Jungle
We kicked of 2021 with an exciting collaboration with Lida’s Jungle! The new space offers eco-friendly sustainable goods along side a beautiful selection of house plants that guarantees to brighten your day. This is a curated space offering a little something for earth lovers near and far.
March 1st started off strong as celebrated the opening of our very own store front. Then just 2 weeks later the impact of COVID blindsided us all. Through delivery, curbside pickup, and shipping you all helped us stay in business and we can’tbegin to thank you enough.COVID is what triggered our St Pete Rise Up merchandise, intended to carry the message of supporting each other, our community, and Rising Up together to navigate this unprecedented year. Through 2020, with your help we have raised close to $2000 for local organizations to both strengthen and empower our community. THANK YOU.
Pop-ups aren’t meant to last forever! So after Baum we moved briefly across the street into Central Arcade, this was a temporary home while we figured out how to grow in a realistic and sustainable way. Rent is high, leases are long, and unfortunately as a young and growing small business it’s difficult to commit to either.
Baum Ave Market Pop-Up
A unique opportunity crossed our path and we were invited to do a larger pop-up upstairs at Baum Ave Market. Walking into the space for the first time was breath-taking. The building itself is gorgeous, but upstairs had its own vibe; huge windows and bright natural lighthelped us see the vision even more clearly. Baum Ave is where we truly grew as a store, as a team, and as a community; we found our tribe and our tribe found us.
Reggae Rise Up, St Pete
By this time RRU hit St. Pete we had done close to a dozen markets, but this venture forced us to step up our game x 420. We set up the pop-up March 14th and mentally prepared for (3) consecutive 14hr days. Epic to say the least and exhausting but in a good way! We can’t wait for 2021.
Gypsy Souls Coffeehouse, St. Pete
Our first pop-up was in a corner of Gypsy Souls Coffeeshop on MLK. For the next 6 weeks, we set up Sans Market daily; a humbling 2 tables, 15 products, and 1 giant dream.
*side note-if you haven’t to Gypsy Souls, try it! Family owned & operated and they roast their beans in house!
Sans Market Debut- Yoga Festival, Sunken Gardens St. Pete
Sans Market debut! We spent the next 6 months, learning the ropes popping up at endless festivals and markets. We talked to every customer that approached our tent and these interactions is what steered our product growth and still does to this day. You spoke, we listened…and together we grew.
