Join Sarita from St. Pete Ferments for an evening of wild fermentation. In this workshop, participants will learn the basics of making a lacto-fermented (aka wildly fermented) sauerkraut at home using cabbage, sea salt, as well as other vegetable odds and ends. Attendees will learn basic fermentation concepts, how to apply whole utilization fermentation to minimize waste, and will make their own jar of freshly made sauerkraut to take home.
