We are a low waste lifestyle store dedicated to helping you live a life SANS plastic, SANS packaging, and SANS toxins. We firmly believe that your health and the health of our planet are inextricably linked. The products in our store support a clean body and a clean planet.
Our beginnings...
Sans Market was started in 2018 by two best friends, Eniko and Lin. These are two hard-working women who came together to build a business that didn't exist in the community. With lots of late nights, non-stop events and pop-ups, and a healthy dose of fun, they built Sans Market together from the ground up. And with continual growth and perseverance, they created a one-stop-shop meet the eco-needs of the local community.
The team grows...
With the addition of new staff members, the team has evolved and grown to cater to the needs of the local community. A critical role was added in 2020 with the addition of our talented store manager, Vanessa. This began a new chapter of doing even more collaborations, events, and stepping up our social media game.
Vanessa has played such a big role that many people think she is the owner, which just further shows her dedication and passion to our mission. Don't forget to check out the rest of our team members on our social media feeds!
Location, location, location...
After two years of markets and pop-ups, we opened our first brick & mortar in 2019 in the mezzanine of a beautiful building on Central Ave. After great initial results, we hopped around to two more locations (all within the same two blocks!) before finding our forever home here at 1037 Central Ave.
