And we are on a mission to restore your health & the health of the planet. We firmly believe that your health and the health of our planet are inextricably linked. Meet the Co-Founder
Tired of all the plastic infiltrating her life and her body, Eniko Olah decided to stop feeling overwhelmed and start doing something about it. The final straw [pun intended] was learning that there were microplastics in her breastmilk while she was actively breastfeeding her third child. So she decided to turn her frustration into action and created a one-stop shop where you can get all your healthy essentials for your home.
In addition to running Sans Market, she is an active member in the community through spearheading sustainability in the Edge District and supporting the Sustainability Committee for the St. Petersburg Chamber of Commerce.
The team that built the dream...
Sans Market was founded in 2018 by two best friends, Lin (left) and Eniko (middle). It was their hard work and dedication that laid the foundation for the growth of Sans Market. In 2020 Vanessa (right) joined the team, playing a key role to manage the store, as well as grow social media and outreach efforts.

Location, location, location...
After two years of markets and pop-ups, we opened our first brick & mortar in 2019 in the mezzanine of a beautiful building on Central Ave. After great initial results, we hopped around to two more locations (all within the same two blocks!) before finding our forever home here at 1037 Central Ave.
